Lori's 5:2 journey
27 Apr 2013, 10:48
Well, I was a bit disappointed with my weigh in this morning. Scale shows me up a 1/2 lb. So...I lost 3 lbs the first week, stayed the same the second and gained a half pound the 3rd. I'm still ahead of the game, but was hoping I'd be down a bit this week.

I guess the junk food fiesta from last weekend is still haunting me. I really feel like I lost some fat this week. I did 4 good boot camp sessions and more than a few of my muscles are "complaining". Perhaps I'm holding onto some water from the workouts.

I'm off to the golf course later this morning. I'll be walking 18 holes today & tomorrow. Lots of exercise and eating whatever I want!

Hope you've all had a good week!

I'd say that your 'complaining' muscles are holding on to the water. What about measurements? Clothes any looser? Remember muscle weighs more than fat and you've definitely have given the muscles a work out.

I'm confident you will see a lesser you by next weigh in. :)

Hang on in there Lori. The weightloss you've earned will show up in it's own sweet time.
