I held out weighing myself until the month was up (apart from a mid month doctors weigh-in that couldn't be avoided), and have lost 3kg.
Of course its all come off the normal places I wouldn't want to lose it (face, chest) and its hanging grimly on to my butt.....
If I keep this rate up then it should only be another month, or maybe two before I'm back under 9 stone.
And the weird thing is I don't feel like I'm on a diet. I know I read other people saying that on this forum when I started... but now I get it. I'm sat here eating a chocolate chip cookie, and feeling very smug as I fasted all day yesterday.
I can quite easily see how this can be continued long term, it just feels normal now to cut back a couple of days a week.
