I'm also finding my portions are smaller, or I'm leaving food (even on my fast day yesterday I couldn't manage all my dinner!)
So, why am I feeling liberated? I have just gone into my favourites and deleted my SW forum link, my link to WW, and my link to the Dukan Diet website! Only things left are 5:2, MyfitnessPal and My fridge food - very nicely found by NikkiN
I really feel like I've found the WOL for me
