Feeling liberated!

Well, this is my fourth week, with my 8th fast tomorrow and I'm really finding it quite easy. Lost 5.5lbs in three weeks so not too bad, but my clothes are a lot looser than what appears to be showing on the scales.

I'm also finding my portions are smaller, or I'm leaving food (even on my fast day yesterday I couldn't manage all my dinner!)

So, why am I feeling liberated? I have just gone into my favourites and deleted my SW forum link, my link to WW, and my link to the Dukan Diet website! Only things left are 5:2, MyfitnessPal and My fridge food - very nicely found by NikkiN :-)

I really feel like I've found the WOL for me :-)

Know the feeling dolly, feeling so in control with food. If I feel like having something I can have it, and at the same time I can say no to food just because I don't fancy it not because I am not allowed to.

I was doing a couple of on-line nutrition courses earlier in the year and had numerous websites for calorie counters, different methods of losing weight, recipes and research articles. In my 4th week of 5:2 I just have this forum, MFP and a TDEE site saved as favourites and this week I am using MFP just to calculate new food items! I have so much more time now and even more energy!
