All systems go!
08 May 2013, 21:08
Second fast tomorrow and me, the constant nibbler and full on foodie, is excited! I felt much more lethargic today on my normal day (1500 cals, as I am only a shortie) than I felt on Tuesday, my first fast.

I've got my pack up for tomorrow all ready:

A boiled egg for breakfast

Shiritaki noodles with soy sauce and peas for lunch

And a nice steak out of the freezer to go with salad in the eve.

And to snack, plenty of celery, ten raspberries, a carrot, and a diet coke for the cycle home!

Wheeeeeee!

You go girl! Sounds like you have it well planned out! And nice play with the spelling of your name, I had to sound it out before I figured it out.

Haha thanks! It all stems from a funny occasion when I was younger. Some friends and I were stopped at a gig by a local event photographer when I was not quite 18 (oops!) So not wanting to give my real name (even though my mugshot ended up in the paper, alocopop in hand!), I said my name was Miss Astrofee, friends call me Kat. Don't think the photog twigged at the time!!

Just had my big old bowl of shiritaki noodles (all 10cals of it!) and now I feel hungrier than I have all day!

What's that all about?!

It's official.

I can't fast the morning after the night before. Went out for dinner, knowing full well I was going to consume loads of calories but didn't feel bad about if for once, coz I thought I'd have a nice repair day today to untwist my stomach and level out my weekly cal intake.

But the thought of getting on my bike this morning without some kind of fuel, and a bit of a muzzy head from too many glasses of wine, I had a slice of toast. And now I just had a finger of KitKat.

It's a shame, after my most successful fast yet on Tues (my fifth one, and stayed under 500 cals) but I'm not gona beat myself up over it. I've still got my low cal lunch with me, and I'll still have my plain omelette this eve, so I'll just put it as a low-cal day (rather than give up completely and binge like I usually do with a little hangover!!

*sigh*
