Wow!
16 May 2013, 20:53
Well I have just had my 10th consecutive week of weight loss and after I lost only 200gms last week, I went hard this week - did ADF, cut back on cakes/wine and store bought cappuccinos (made em at home instead with less milk) and I have lost 1.2kg! Biggest loss since week 1. So now only .2kg from my original goal weight, however I think I'll minus 2kg off that to get back to my weight 5/6 years ago. So all in all I have lost 6kg. I am mightily pleased. Apart from a few mental blips, this has been relatively easy. I do intend to indulge tonight - wine and dinner with friends and high tea tomorrow. But I shall go easy on the day time food and even if I put on a bit I'm happy as I now know how to shift it again. weehaa!
