End of week 4. I am doing the 4:3 version and I have lost 16.4lbs in the first month.

I've been considering 4:3 on weeks where it's practical. Think I will give it a try this week. 16 pounds in a month is a great result!

mwah, I've been doing ADF for a month too and not stinting on feast days and have lost a couple of kilos so much kudos to you for losing so much!
That's fantastic! I'm also going to do 4:3 then drop to 5:2 and 6:1 to maintain.... So pleased for you! Hope I get similar results!

I am going by the suggestion that the JUDDD website calculator gave me which is 400 cals on a fast day and 2000 cals on a normal day. At the moment I am calorie counting every day because I am scared to go off track on a normal day. Sticking around 2000 cals either just over or just under. Always under on the low days. I know the 2nd month I won't lose as much so will be happy with a loss each week.
