Re: The Pineneedle Diet

Friday weigh in at 58.1kg which is great and the trend line keeps creeping down.

My only question is, where is the weight going from? 1-2cm from hips, 1 cm from thighs, 1 cm sadly from bust, the measurements really aren't showing it and neither is the body fat scale (though I know that's not accurate), nor do clothes seem to fit differently.

Had one successful fast on Monday with just a small evening meal and almost a successful one yesterday ... until at 10pm instead of just going to bed I succumbed to the temptation of the cupboard and ate about 500 calories worth of palm sugar, coconut block, walnuts, dried apricots and honey. Small quantities of each but the calories in each are so high it added up quickly.

Now not sure whether to try to fast again today or just call it a week and try again next week (Tuesday, since Monday is a bank holiday).

For me the weight comes off from the extremities first...fingers and toes to wrists and ankles, my face and neck, so often loss is visible but not measurable.

I personally do not try to do a fast day the day after an unsuccessful fast day unless the day that was unsuccessful ended up being close to my TDEE, and mentally I sort of fall into it. But usually I am more in a punishment mood and just allow a non-fast day. Can you sneak one in this weekend?
