Keeping Track of my Progress
05 Feb 2013, 09:51
Starting BMI was an awful 34.4 which is the most it has been ever I think.

So after first week it went down to 33.49 after losing 5lbs and now down to 33.13 after losing a further 2lbs in my second week. I am surprised I have lost this week as I am a slow loser and havent been particularly 'good' with my choices.

So glad this seems to be working. I have such crappy willpower that holding it together for just two separate days per week is ideal and very doable and I can see me keeping this up for as long as it takes and maybe going down to 6:1 when I have got where I want to be.

that's fantastic, congratulations! Makes me hopeful too...
Well done Angela! :)
Keep it up! You're doing really well. I too feel as though I will be able to keep this up. I suppose it's down to eating well on the feed days and not going too mad! ;)

Well done, that's what I think about this woe it's doable.
Well after a difficult week in that I thought I had not lost weight as there was such a long time between fasts, I am surprised to have lost another 2lbs. BMI coming down gradually which is good. Struggled last night - even had a chocolate mini roll in my hand before I shouted at myself 'what are you doing woman!' lol and put it back x
thats fab!! well done!!
I was wondering what the effects might be depending on the time between fasts versus consecutive days for example.... nothing, could be the answer!!
Not sure if you saw, but I lost 6lbs my first week, I'm telling myself 2lbs of that will have been 'pre-menstrual water retention' 2lbs will have been water, and 2 lbs fat, possibly... and also working myself up to no loss this second week when I get weighed on Thursday morning - last week I got wegighed the morning after a fast day, whereas this week, I'm getting weighed after a food fay :/ will have to just keep in mind that its all relative and I need to be consistent.....

Good to hear from you!!

Hi yes I saw this morning that you had lost 6lbs and was going to write on your wall but got sidetracked at work  I always weigh on Tuesday morning after a fast day so that it is as consistent as possible.

I am still waiting for the bubble to burst lol as I like you had a decent loss on the first week and thought thats it I will probably not lose for a couple of weeks now, but no it has still come off.
