I've just finished Week 2 and I've lost 5llbs on the 5:2 programme - Monday and Thursday as Fast Days.
I love the feeling when you wake up after a fast day. My system feels grateful for giving it a rest! Do you feel this?

Well done! I've just finished week two as well, and have woken up feeling good, not particularly hungry, and almost tempted to carry on with another fast day... I love the sense of being re-educated as to how much I actually should be eating, not wanting to un-do the previous day's work, and knowing I don't need a lot.
