Wannalose's progress journal
29 Dec 2015, 17:10
I'm never very good at sticking to things, so i'm hoping that by keeping this progress journal, it will make me stick to this better. I have been trying to get from 10 stone to 9 stone for about 3 years and all i've done is put on weight rather than lose any. It's my 40th birthday in 2 weeks and I thought I'd start now and use it as motivation at least for now.
Today is my first fast day. I've had a poached egg on toast for lunch and am planning to make stir fried chicken and veg for dinner. my main challenge will be to not binge on my off days, which i've done before when i've tried 5.2
anyway, here's hoping...
Well done @wannalose..not easy to fast this time of year with xmas goodies on tap..
Youre right to address this before you turn 40.. Get that stone off now coz it gets harder as you get older...
But i know its easier said than done,so good luck and wishing you a healtheir trimmer 2016 x
Psi believe journalling does help us focus and stay on track :like: xx
thank you CandiceMarie so nice of you to pop along and give me encouraging words :))
Today has been ok -
breakfast - spelt bread with seeds and almond butter - totally yum
lunch - salmon with m and s cauliflower and quinoa salad
3 biscuits oops
going out for light supper - no desert as don't want to undo all my hard work!
