Not since the days of Atkins has an "ultimate diet" been taken up by so many people.

I don't know what to make of this article. I am not familiar with the writer, so is this how she usually writes. It reminds me of my mother in law - if someone says how much they like a particular restaurant, she goes in with the attitude that she will hate it, and she always does.
