Did anyone else catch this?
It was pretty interesting, and seemed to go against what you'd think/expect. The end result was along the lines of fat by itself isn't bad, nor is sugar, but when you combine the two into food the effect on your brain is super-charged and tastes really good and can possibly become addictive, but at the same time slows your response to feel full.
Food containing sugar and fat doesn't occur naturally, it's only in processed foods that this occurs.
There was also a lot more to the program and it's worth a watch!
