searching for long lost website

About 5 years ago I became interested in IF through this blogger http://criticalmas.com/best-of/intermittent-fasting/. At that time I found a website maintained by a southeast Asian woman who had been doing IF for years and I would like to revisit her site but I can't find it.
Does anyone have an idea who I'm talking about. It seemed like she lived on an island: Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong? I just can't remember.
