I came across this Mens Health Magazine article and thought it might interest some of you.
Key point:
"More British couples are cohabiting than ever, yet many spend less than three hours a day together. A survey by Cancer Research UK found that one in eight couples don’t spend any of their ‘together time’ conversing. We’re working late, stressed out by our finances and distracted by mobile phones. I have convinced myself (and Jen) that 5:2 is the answer. It’s two days of serious romantic rehab, then five days of blissful autopilot."

I suppose it is really just a chapter of Kate Harrison's book 5:2 Your Life
Hmmm! I must try this with hubby. We are in the house with each other 24/7, yet we barely talk. We are on seperate computers etc all day. He has his stuff to do, I have my stuff to do.
My OH is away for most of the week, then the time we have together is often taken up with practical stuff. I think we've accepted our romantic life is on hold for a few years, but we can wait.
