During a month existing entirely on lowfat microwavable meals,and processed snacks, a model found she was constantly hungry,tired,bloated and constipated..and forgetful too,as she wasn't getting the fats she needed to feed her brain as well as her body.
She gained three pounds because she grazed constantly as she never felt satisfied,and the meals and snacks all contained large amounts of sugar and salt to give the products some flavour.
Some of the foods contained a substance called methyl cellulose that had the same consistency as and actually did the same job as wallpaper paste!

Nothing new there for most of us but good as confirmation of how we need real food in order to function and thrive on a daily basis!
