Sorry to be a useless non-computerate pain but I am trying to add a signature to my posts, it says I can do this via the 'users control panel' but when I go on there it doesn't tell me how to do it, can yo help please?

Hi,

I've just had a look at Brad Pilon, very interesting. Its strange but I was not loosing at all and I tried everything. Then I thought ok have a rest. Which I did and I'm back to the weight I wanted to be. So Brads idea about taking a break seems to work (well for me anyway)
I'm back on the fasting track now but not excising as much as I have a cold. So maybe I should keep the exercise and eating when not fasting the same and see what happens!
A most recommended read.
He has been doing his own fasting - Eat-Stop-Eat (ESE) - for around 10 years now and has quite a following.
He is very active and reactive on Facebook and YouTube.
His newsletters are also very informative.
