As before, this is not a recommendation, as I haven't read this book, but it's free to download on Amazon for a very limited period, and might be of interest to those who want more info on intermittent fasting:

The 5:2 Diet Made eZy by Polly Fielding
(60 pages)

 It should be free to download for a short while, but do double-check the price before buying!

Edited to remove the links to Amazon, as a forum member objected to them.
Thanks so much for the info! I'm new to the plan and am currently reading every book I can find on the subject...to include all those scientific journal articles.
Thanks Kehira - just read it (in ten minutes or so) - much better than the American junky book I slated last time! Mostly meal plans for 500 calorie days, with a discussion about the Horizon program and Dr M's findings. Good value at free, might give a newbie more confidence & save time working out the calories for themselves...

Thanks, Pete

I post them as I find them, and with the advent of self-publishing, content - good and bad - becomes easily available.
As long as they cost nothing, they're always worth a look!
