If anyone is interested, here is a link to an 18 minute interview by afternoon radio presenter Richard Glover with Michael Mosley which was broadcast on ABC Drive Sydney 702AM on 28 February 2013. I am not sure if the link can be accessed outside of Australia but one can only try...

If the backdoor link above doesn't work, then try the front door approach at:

Thanks for the reminder about that, it is a good interview. The original topic about it can be seen here: Radio interview with DrM on ABC (Australia) 28/02/2013. And yes you can hear it from outside Australia, on the 'front door' link anyway.
:-D Thanks. Just listened. Was great to be reminded of all the great things about the woe.
Just listened to this interview as I'm on a fast day and trying to keep busy and my mind off food. As my Father died at the age of 65 having had Alzheimer's since he was in his 40s I am very interested in the effects this diet may have on the brain. I am now 45 and dread the thought of myself or any of my siblings or Mother succombing to this monster disease. Let's hope this is finally something that can really help to repair those brain cells, that would be the most wonderful consequence of this way of eating.
I'm amazed, my husband who has been very supportive of me doing this as he knows how fed up I was piling on the weight, listened to this with me. He was really interested in the science and says when I've reached my goal and am on 6.1. He will join me for the health benefits, wow. Never thought I'd see the day! He is naturally slim so doesn't need weight loss. Lucky thing!

Still thanks again for posting and helping change my husband too!
That was a really good interview. Thanks for posting the links. I really enjoyed the fact that the interviewer had taken the time to engage in the 5:2 for 4 weeks and had dropped 4kgs. He had obviously done his homework, and that combined with the easy style of Dr. Mosley made for a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience.
