I think the trouble with a lot of media coverage is that they blaze away about being able to eat 'anything you want' on five days a week and then quietly slide in the comment 'eat normally' this latter being the main ethos of the diet. No wonder some people take the hype too literally and are then disappointed when they don't lose wight. Can't we make more noise about this misconception?
