Just quickly, off the top of my head - I thought the sodium content was in mg and not grams.
Izzy it's a fair mistake, you do have to take allot of the calories, Macros (get me!) and exercise calories, with a *cough, pinch of salt!

It's directional at best.

Made me laugh the other week speaking to fat friend who is an expert on everything, especially black cats, was sat stuffing her face telling me how stupid it was that some database had toast that had 4 more calories than a "fresh" slice of bread!!!!1
