Yesterday's post about TDEE
27 Mar 2013, 14:26
Hi again!
There was a post yesterday with a TDEE calculator that I haven't seen before. It had a picture of the results with the TDEE and calories for weight loss and extreme weight loss.
Can you please help me find it?
Thanks in advance!

I think that it's the only one that calculated my TDEE realistically.

I'm so happy you posted that site again! I tried it, and I like my TDEE on this one much better that My Fitness Pal! They had me at 1484, and that's been pretty hard to stick with! This one has me at 1888.

The rest of the websites had me around 1700 and 1800. That was way too much for me. This one said 1279 which is very realistic.
I tried to register in Myfitnesspal but I used 10 different usernames and were all taken so I gave up...

Yes TML13, it took me awhile to register with MFP too! I finally had to use the name of my street!

Hi everyone,

Newbie here! Just wanting to know which TDEE should we be basing our fast day on - Maitenence or fat loss?

You should base your TDEE on the maintenance number and eat to approximately 25% of that on your Fast days. Interestingly people who generally eat ' normally' on their feed days and don't calorie restrict seem to do as well if not better than those who limit themselves.

Good luck - this really works, it just takes a little while to get used to if you are a long term calorie counter.
