Hi

I just wanted to thank you for this brilliant forum, I tried this diet initially after the Horizon programme and successfully lost 10lbs for my 4oth Birthday last year. I gave up after that and put all the weight i lost back on, and have re-started from today. I'm the only person i know on this diet and its great having all this support and help at hand. I feel motivated at the moment but know at times I will need help and support so its good to know I can see how well others are doing to keep my enthusiasm at a high.

Welcome Polly & thanks for the thanks!
It's great that you know this works, and certainly useful for us all to know that since you stopped doing it you regained the weight. Many of us have yet to reach our goals and are wondering how best to go about maintaining - perhaps with 6:1 or increased intake on feed days - or 24 hour fasts with a normal dinner instead of 500 cals... there'll be some experimenting to do for sure!

Hope you manage to shift the weight again soon my dear, and we'll all be here to support & encourage you along the way :D
