Article in today's telegraph
20 Apr 2013, 08:26
Great article in the weekend section of today's telegraph: xanthe clay meets Michael mosley. She's lost a stone and a half on the diet and it's 'changed her life'! Gives me hope..

In food and drink section of the Saturday telegraph; weekend section.
I have just read this well balance interview which gives a great deal of information and emphasises eating protein and vegetables for their nutritional content. I subscribed for one free trial to the Telegraph in order to read the article. There should be even more joining the 5:2 plan as a result of this article!
So glad you found it interesting. Here's an earlier article by Xanthe about the 5:2

Nice to see an article that is calm and informative. Neither OTT about the marvels of 5:2 nor OTT about it being yet another 'fad'. Just sensible. Quite refreshing!
Is anyone able to do a link to the article? I can't find it online to read, thanks
Thanks- it's worth a read
