There's a pull-out recipe section for 5:2ers in today's Times. Only 10 recipes, but some nice sounding ones:

Fragrant Pho (48 cals)
Poached eggs with spinach and portobello (124 with 1 egg)
Skewered monkfish with balsamic coleslaw (226)
Chicken puttanesca (247)
White fish stew (268)
Red Lentil Tikka masala with barley roti (386)
Shakshouka (178) (bit like Nigella's eggs in tomato sauce)
Meatballs with cavolo nero (264) I think that's a dark cabbage
Salmon with baked veg (300)
Beetroot and bramley soup (116)
Some of these recipes look lovely, they're in the new 5:2 cook book - mine arrived yesterday from Amazon. Very excited to have a few more meal suggestions. x
