Hi Keihira, thanks again for another free book. Certainly not as bad as most of them but not really relevant to 5:2 practitioners as it basically describes 4:3 Intermittent Fasting where every fast day lasts 36 hours with no calories. All written in chatty style with no data to back up his claims - but less irritating than previous over-enthusiastic authors! Only takes 30 mins to read...
How do you simplify IF anyway? Eat, fast, eat, fast, eat, fast, eat.

And that's it! Pretty simple on its own really!
