Hi from New Zealand. I have my book on order and am waiting with anticipation. Fasted yesterday and although I planned really well I found it hard going. Some are easier than others. Also my weight has plateaud. Very frustrating. However I will carry on as I do feel good the day after fast day and not as hungry as you think.

This book is excellent!
Last week I cooked the light weight cottage pie. I really didnt think my husband would eat it as it didn't have the traditional mashed potato on top. However, he really enjoyed it and although he said the portion size was too small (not for me)he would definitely have it again. the recipe is for 4 people, so I have frozen half in to a container - saves cooking again.

We also had a day of no breakfast, and saved all our calories for the Hairy Dieters chicken jalfreizi which we had with 50g of rice. Once again, half frozen for next time!!
