Fabulous, thank you! I tried the mushroom stroganoff recipe from that book (it was posted on the Mirror) and it was lovely so looking forward to trying a few more recipes!
Some interesting recipes that I think I'll try, I think a few new ideas will help me keep going!
(Though I do wish that recipe writers would use weights rather than quantities such as 'half a large potato'- sorry to be pedantic!)
