Thanks. Downloaded it, read a few pages but it is one of the worst rehashes of the original book you could imagine. Not good value even when free! Unreadable prose, written by an amateur. Most of the book seems to be a list of all the major US fast food outlets products & their calorie counts. Avoid!

I tend to download them all Keihira as I love a free diet book! My Kindle account is getting a lot iof use lately thanks to your links so its nice to get a bit of input from someone whose read it as I avoided that one!

Do you know if the forum benefits from us using the link even if its a freebie book? I always use the link provided in the hope that it does. Another group I belong to uses Easy Fundraising but they only pay out if money changes hands.

I hope the link benefits the forum, but I really have no idea.That's a question for Moogie.
I put the link in my posts to make it clear that I don't benefit from posting these freebees.
