The Willpower Instinct

Want to understand and improve your willpower? Here are a two links to a book that will do just that.

Amazon UK:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Willpower-Insti ... r+instinct

Amazon US:

http://www.amazon.com/Willpower-Instinc ... 500&sr=1-1

For the few who haven't spent much time at Amazon (Are there any left?), click on the book's cover to open the "expanded view", then click on "First Pages" to read the book's introduction as well as other parts of the book.

Note that the customer review count is much lower in the UK than in the US. (This is what I discovered with DrMM's book as well, but in the opposite direction.) Having both links should make your review easier.

I own this book, have read it several times and even referenced it in replies to forum members here. For me, it works. I have to believe that it can help you too.

Looks interesting ADFn. Sounds like a lesson in knowing what roles reason and emotions should have in ones life.
