I was re reading the book tonight and gave this a go, lets hope this diet does help grow new brain cells as judging by my results I could do with a few more... :lol:

This looks interesting, I have ordered the book so looking forward to getting more information. You have lost a lot of weight us that all with this approach?

Yes all the weight I have lost was using this diet. I did not really start this diet to lose weight, I did it for health reasons. Although I knew I could do with losing about a stone or so before I started. I'm currently trying not lose any more weight by increasing the amount of calories I eat on feed days, but I'm beginning to think I will have to switch to 6:1 from 5:2.
