Offline last night

Couldn't get on several times after 2100 BST.

Which bit of the forum is for "site issues" like this ? I emailed the server error message to the address that PM notifications come from.

I couldn't get on either this morning at around 9 am Australian east coast time and wondered why.

I was the same ,I checked 5.2 fast diet forums on twitter and they said there was problems with the server , does it makes you panic the thought of no forums ha ha

Thanks for the emails last night folks, I didn't have time to reply to all of them as we had company, but I passed the issue on to my host and it was resolved. I try to make sure any problems I'm aware of are noted on twitter/facebook, so if you can't get on here, feel free to check there to see if it's a known problem and for any updates :)
