I'm not sure if I have posted this before, I seem to have a brain fog blank for the last 6 months (too many painkillers).
'The best way to upregulate metabolic and appetite receptors is by strenuous exercise, intermittent fasting or deconditioning. Given enough time, persistent and habitual dietary changes can lead to permanent weight loss, particularly when combined with reduced eating frequency, intense exercise, and deconditioning.'
This is really interesting. I've seen research before about intermittent fasting combined with weight training. According to this article that could retrain our brain.
Not just the brain, but importantly within your muscle cells by increasing mitochondria count and overall efficiency.
