Gluten sensitivity

Not about fasting but of interest to anyone who has trouble with eating grains, wheat in particular.

Thanks for sharing this article Chook,

I think there are quite a number of people who have a problem with gluten without being aware of it. I have been gluten free since being diagnosed with Coeliac's last October and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my health and well being.

Glad you both found it interesting. My niece is Coeliac and I've been tested for it but thankfully I'm negative. I just can't eat Helga's bread without blowing up like a barrage balloon!
