I am only on the first chapter, but so far, I like this book!
I have skimmed it, and found it really interesting that he was persistent and methodical in testing the different ways of fasting. First time I have read anything so extensive. Three things stood out for me.

His bloods were not that different after his experiment, but he was starting from a very healthy baseline
He seemed to lose the most on the single, full day, zero calorie fast version, but that could have been because it was his first experiment
He is a very clean eater which must have played a part

Thanks for sharing
I agree. The one thing that sort of irritated me (to be honest) is how self-righteous the guy was, though. He almost comes right out and says that 16/8 NEEDS to be done in conjunction with loads and loads of exercise. While that's ideal, of course, I also think he might have turned a bunch of people away from even trying it!

I also liked his pig-out day. :-)
