Thanks for posting this very informative article, @ADFnFuel. I have been taking Calcium+Vitamin D tablets, prescribed by my doctor, to keep osteoporosis at bay for the last 10 years. At present they are just about managing to stay on top of it, judging by my last bone-density scan.

I have been online to research the purchase of a supplement containing Lactobacillus reuteri 6475 bacteria, as mentioned in the article, and have only found one tablet containing that particular bacteria but at a very high cost - at least to we Brits who are used to having free medications! :shock: Meanwhile, I will continue to search, in the hope of finding it at a more reasonable price!
