Strawberries anyone?
29 Apr 2015, 00:23
Found the following rather interesting link while chasing docs for the recently exhumed triglyceride thread:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19785767

Given the low participant count, and a great possibility of confounding factors I don't put a lot of faith in it but...

I'll have mine with full-fat cream please.

Um. Strawberries are my favourite fruit, and I ate huge amounts of English and Scottish strawberries in season every summer for years - including my fat fifties years. I don't know what my lipids were like then! Maybe you would need to eat the concentrated powder?
