@maryann. Thank you. Fascinating read. Enjoyed the Putting the Balance back into Diet article very much. We are not mice or flies but I did find it interesting that the findings show that the balance of nutrients eaten can have a significant impact on longevity and reproductive health. Especially the protein to carbs ratio. And the two would seem to be in conflict. That is the second article I have read today which hypothesizes about fasting/CR having a possible detrimental effect on womens reproductive health. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/inter ... Since I'm on the longevity track, I'm happy to be on a low to moderate protein approach.
