Glycemic Index & Calories
16 Mar 2013, 00:56
I've been thinking about calories & GI since I've started reading more about the 5:2 diet. Mostly how to allot my calories to foods with lower GI's. I was wondering if anybody has come across an online database that includes both calories and GI for foods? I generally use MFP for calories. I have found the Univ of Sydney website, glycemicindex.com, which seems pretty comprehensive. So far, I haven't seen anything that pulls it all together?
