Yet another very interesting post, as yet not replied to.

My mother died from Alzheimer's several years ago, so, naturally, I am most interested as to how to lessen the chances of me developing this awful disease.
Very interesting. The IF in this study is Alternate Day Fasting. I wish I could be more sure that 5:2 would give similar results.
So very interesting!!! I wasn't here in January, so thank you Tomtank for resurrecting it!
