After reading this post and comments by Carole, I was intrigued by GH and did some reading and would like to share some links and get some opinions.

I was concerned about exercising in the fasting state. But it seems, except that it gets easier for me, that I do sweat more, my heart rate is higher, my energy is more while I train and after a workout, and I am not hungry after a workout. Is this all due to GH that increased in my body?
From these articles I understand that my body will use body fat as energy then and actually save my muscle tissue rather

(I am used to training, I have low blood pressure and is anemic.)

HGH (or more normally just called GH) and IGF1 are completely different. You can get increases in GH without increases in IGF1 though they are often in tandem. GH as well as promoting body growth also acts to limit gluconeogenesis (the production of glucose from protein) and so limits loss of muscle during fasting.
