Questionnaire data - men.
28 May 2013, 13:13
I've put the data from men online here for a preview and comments.

15 men reported data, average age 53 and average BMI went from 31 to 28 over mean of 14 weeks fasting.

One man was doing 3 fasts per week, and one was taking zero calories on fast day. 8 have dinner only on fast day, and 3 lunch & dinner.
