Hmmmm, interesting. I thought it all came out as pee as I always weigh lighest when I have a big morning pee!

Well, I guess the H2O does come out as pee, or sweat. And the CO2 we breath out. Haaa! Have I lost weight yet?

Haha yeh @Sallyo altogether now...breathe out!
Isnt the human body an amazing machine tho?
x
Thanks Sally for the vid x

So pee more and breathe out more to lose weight? Fabulous!

I believe my fat hangs around waiting for any opportunity to jump right back on.

Well as they got the calculations wrong in the program, no wonder mine is taking so long to vanish!

Thanks for this article Sallyo. I had surmised the loss of H2O but didn't know about the CO2 loss & breathing out part. Is this why aerobic exercise & increased respiration helps weight loss? I must remember to breathe more heavily on a daily basis

Breathing is the only thing I have not tried

@rawkaren You'll get plenty of it in this week in Mallorca
both heavy and otherwise ENJOY!!
coz its never to late to try something new.

Hope no one minds if I share this YouTube vid on this very topic. I found it ironic that I had read this thread first, then it popped up in my video list...and I thought breathing deeply would be part of the answer! I found him very entertaining.
