A little worried now
24 Dec 2013, 06:49
I mentioned last week that I have lost a few pound while maintaining with fasting just once a week but I have lost yet another pound.its not that I am super slim or anything but being older I am happy to be the size I am now , so I don't really want to carry on losing..This is worrying me a little perhaps a trip to the doctors in the new year, the Christmas period will soon let me know I think as I will be eating more than usual also have had and still got lots of stress with hubby poorly again .

Hope everything is ok Carol. Perhaps you can just do a fast every other week? Try to have a wonderful Christmas and not stress too much.

it's such a stressful time, {tag]Carol[/tag], that your weightloss could be purely down to that, but get yourself checked over after Christmas to put your mind at rest xx

I agree. Try to relax over Christmas and weigh yourself in the new year.
