Weight Maintenance

Hi @kentishlass, good to see your 'monthly' update again, especially reporting such good results :like:
Congratulations and keep us posted
Thanks for your support P-J - it is a big help.
I love the coat of arms!
Month 27 of maintenance: 9 stone 3.5 lbs; 4.5 pounds over goal; up 2.5 for the month. Well, that's Christmas! I continued with 5:2 over the holidays, but it clearly wasn't enough to offset all the yummy food and drink.
Routine: Staying with the 5:2. I have added a third gym class per week.
Motivation: Good.
Health: Good, got rid of the cold though it took a full month to shake off the cough that followed. I'm beginning to feel the benefits of the gym in terms of fitness and suppleness (or to be more exact, I can finally notice a slight decline in my extreme unfitness and stiffness!) Swollen stiff fingers, presumably arthritis, are a worry though.
Cheers to all
Somehow it took me more than 2 years to notice that we started maintaining at almost the same time (I reached goal at October 8 2013) Nice to be so much 'in sync' with someone
Good to read that some things are working and hope your fingers will not get worse
I think you are rather better at maintaining than I am! Thank you for your good wishes, may the fast be with you too (as and when needed!)
Hi @kentishlass, some time since we heard of you and the magical moment of 3 years in maintenance is approaching rapidly. Still in good shape?
