Still losing
17 Dec 2013, 06:34
Although I am just fasting once a week now ,I have carried on losing a few more pounds.the reason I think for this is a change in eating habits , I now eat smaller portions and don't feel the need for a biscuit every time I have a cuppa.

Hi Carol
You must be very pleased with that! How great to only fast once a week but still be losing. :)
I agree that smaller portions and no biscuits with cuppas really help.
All the best for continuing good results :)

That's excellent!! it must be reassuring to know that fasting just one day a week would correct any over indulgence that may happen in the future :-)

It just shows "every little helps" and we CAN get into better habits when we become more aware! X

Brill stuff isn't it :) :)

I've been a mainteneer for nearly 4 months now & a fast a week corrects everything (so far) sometimes I actually get BELOW target & then have to skip fasting for a week to avoid going too low

I can't help being a little worried about having friends visiting for the next fortnight, closely followed by another weeks business trip, but I do know that I will be able to get myself back in line with a few fasts :like:
