You are very welcome. I always advise people to buy Dr M's book as I think it is a great starting point and if you understand the science behind what you are doing I think it makes it easier. When I am asked how I lost weight I always attribute it to 5:2 as I believe it is a very successful and sustainable way of losing weight painlessly and maintaining without stress. The trick, for me, is to tweak the basic formula, or not if you are happy with it, til you have a way that suits your lifestyle and needs. We are all individual and I truly believe that 5:2 is SO adaptable that almost everyone can benefit from it in one way or another.
