After experimenting for several weeks it seems that what works for me is 5:1.5 in which one is a fast day of 500 cals and the second is a 1000 cals day with about 800 cals consumed in the evening and than once a month a week of 5:2. During feed days i eat 1800-2000 cals a day. 2000 in the weekend and less during the week. My TDEE is between 1700-1850 depends on the website. Hopefully this will continue to work for me. Anyone else with similar experience?

Hello Einhab, that sounds very sensible. How long have. You been doing it for? The way to maintain the weight is going to be very interesting as more people reach goal weights. Hope it keeps working for you.

This sounds very do-able. The thing I love about this wol is it is so adaptable, everyone can tweek it to suit themselves, no 'one size fits all' here! I'm sure this is part of it"s spectacular success, keep it up girl

I'm in the same maintenance boat, using Libra to provide the trend line. Currently I am doing 5:2 by missing breakfast (so getting the gap between meals) on fast days but if the weather is good and I do some hard exercise in the morning I replace those calories immediately to ensure muscle repair etc. I would then have a fairly unrestricted evening meal but no pudding or snacking. In fact snacking has finished now on any day. So far so good, staying within a pound of the weight that was foisted on me by getting Norovirus on holiday at Easter and feeling very fit.
I've been experimenting for about 6 weeks.... I think this works but time will tell. I will have to wait another month or so to be more confident.
Thank you Ballerina. I have to say that I do snack usually during the weekend but not so much during the week. During the week I eat a small breakfast and lunch and eat a lot in the evening. I excercise 6 times a week in the mornings, including on fast days and I avoid lifts... But this of course included I my TDEE.
