I was given this list when I bought some the other day and have started using it as a moisturiser on the ends of my hair. It is much better than commercial products.
There's a lot of repeats with slightly different wording in that list...seems they could only think of about 50 uses, but 101 sounded so much better!
The weightloss/metabolism/thyroid claim is doubtful.
The antifungal/athletes foot claim does seem to have some scientific backing.
The Alzheimer's claim needs more research.
Not sure about the sunscreen claim.
When my new bathroom is completed (this weekend I hope), I'm going to have a go at the hair treatment idea.

I know anecdotal "evidence" doesn't count, but wow, I started using coconut oil on my very persistent foot fungal infections 4 or 5 years ago and it has cleared it up amazingly. I now very rarely get it, and when I do, just a few smears of coconut oil and it's gone again.
