A step at a time
05 Mar 2015, 12:10
I do have fasted, although not twice all weeks - absolutely impossible. But this week I will manage :)
The strange thing is - the effort don't show on the scale, but in clothes, fingers and - ear lobes
One of the pair of trousers I bought in the fall, almost falls of so I went and bought some new ones - size 44 (European), I have lost four full sizes since I was the biggest !!! Talk about pleased. And I can finally wear my fancy Italian gold earrings without them pinching the lobes. More pleased :)

The sun shines gloriously but it's still cold, just a couple of +C and me and Diego took our daily walk - both happy.
