Seriously inspirational! Well done, all you big losers! Hadn't quite registered how much some of you have lost (too busy obsessing about my 2oz-up-2oz-down progress). But, wow! :star:

Well done all of you. It would be great to have a list. So glad that this W O E has been discovered.

If these impressive results are to be published to honor the losers, there should be a list for biggest losers of mass, and a list for biggest losers on the BMI scale. I don't qualify for a top spot on either one, but I am rather proud of my 4 point decrease in BMI (since March '13).

@wendyjane I hope you caught this little gem from Suchard

p.s. I would also like to congratulate the people here who haven't lost that much because they didn't need to. Well done! You're an inspiration, too!

I recall @RachelT7 is 32 something so she is up there in the biggest loser category
Re: Biggest loser

I lost 35 kgs since february and only have a few kilos to go (around 5) to reach my 55 kgs goal.

Next time I weight myself will be on Christmas day. And only because I made a commitment in the short tent

Wow Manderley you must be out biggest loser and a quiet achiever as well, I am in awe, congratulations and how tiny are you now
Re: Biggest loser

Not tiny as my bones structure is thick, in fact, to be really fit I should lose 3 more kilos and be 10 kilos lighter than my height. Also, when I began 5:2, I already was dieting for 4 months and had lost 10 kilos

A lot of the credit goes to my coach who dared to kick my butt big time and didn't let me find any excuses
Re: Biggest loser

@Manderley is your coach proud of you or still kicking your butt :)
Re: Biggest loser

My coach is my partner and even if he's proud of me, he's still kicking my butt.

We sometimes argue because of that, we are 2 strong persons, then I take some time to think about what he said and finish to admit he's right (and I hate to admit somebody else is right)... I am sure that without his help I wouldn't have gone this far as it can be so easy to give up when it's becoming more difficult

@Manderley I guessed your coach might be your lovely mountain climbing man :)

I had a flash would your weak feeling be a lack of carbs and couldn't you have the carbs like A banana as you are seriously burning up energy with your level of exercise. I found when I was on a low carb diet a few years ago I was so tired to my bones! I was too efficient with having a very low carb diet, I got my energy back with more carbs but the fatigue was scary and I went to the doc who exploded. Now on 5:2 I do have carbs on my feed day, not to much but so as not to be too tired
